We ship worldwide, and here's the best bit... it's 100% Free for domestic orders no matter where you live! As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders from the manufacturing hub where our Chopvog products are made.
Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.
All orders placed on chopvog.com are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window prior to shipment. Once shipped, here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:
- Domestic 🇺🇸: 5-8 Business Days
- International 🌎: 7-10 Business Days
When your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Methods:
Please note: all orders are subject to a 3-5 business day processing period prior to shipment.
- 🚚 Standard Shipping: Once processed, your order will be delivered within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Disclaimers:
- Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify it. This means we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method, or item(s) within the order.
- Verify your shipping address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to completing checkout. We do not replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Lost, stolen, or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
- Refunds: We do not issue refunds for orders scanned as "Delivered." If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
- Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found in your shipping confirmation email, which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.
- Return shipping cost: If you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. However, we will issue a return label, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility, depending on current stock availability.
- Shipping fees: We do not upcharge on shipping costs; therefore, shipping fees are non-refundable
At Chopvog, we understand the importance of a seamless shipping experience and are committed to providing comprehensive coverage through our Shipping Protection. However, while our Shipping Protection diligently safeguards your package throughout its entire journey, we must clarify our stance on packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
In such cases, we cannot assume responsibility for items marked as delivered. Regrettably, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for packages marked as "Delivered."
If you find yourself in the situation where your package shows as delivered but has not reached you, we encourage you to reach out to your carrier urgently. They will be able to provide further details and initiate an investigation into the matter.
If a resolution proves elusive through conventional channels, we recommend considering the filing of a police report.
